The Shelby County R-IV School District was notified during the 22-23 school year that the student information system, Tyler SIS, was going out of business at the end of the 24-25 school year.  This caused our school district to take a very active approach to the research, development, and the implementation of a new student information system, with the goal to implement the new program over the summer months of 2023.  So in the fall of the 2022 school year, the Shelby County R-IV School District entered into an agreement with Infinite Campus.

The one major change our parents will see is that they will have to setup a new parent portal account with Infinite Campus.  An email was sent to parents on July 17th, 2023 with the instructions on how to create this account.  Once this account is created, parents will be able to see their students' schedule, grades, lunch account balances, and more once the school year starts.  As part of the process, parents can download the Infinite Campus Parent Portal App from the app store (Google Playstore or Apple store) or they can select the parent portal link on the school website at www. cardinals.k12.mo.us.

Once parents are logged in, they can already follow the Meal Benefits link to submit their application for Free/Reduced meals and (Beginning August 1st) parents will have the option for a new streamlined online registration process.  We are excited about the new options that Infinite Campus brings to our district. We hope to have an online payment option for parents for things like lunch account payments, class dues etc.  This will be a new option for parents within our district.
