Come out to help support South Shelby Student, Lillie Broughton, and North Shelby Student, Harper Copenhaver take the next steps in their teen mental health initiative. While mental health is at the heart of their mission, this event is primarily focused on raising the funds they need to purchase tools, materials, and resources that will help them build something meaningful for their peers.

Happy National Human Anatomy Day! The Anatomy class had to throw a party and watch their joint movement videos they made for an assignment.


The BBQ team got some hands on experience cutting and trimming chicken for their cook off they will be doing later this month.

Congrats to Alivia Willey, a 7th grader at South Shelby Middle School, who earned top honors at the 2026 Miss Missouri Outdoors State Pageant, held October 4–5 at Peach Tree Farms in Eolia, Missouri. We are so proud of her and how she represented our school. Way to go, Alivia!

South Shelby Cross Country competed at Centralia today. Cooper earned a 9th place medal with a PR time of 17:29 Samentha earned a 2nd place medal with a PR time of 20:43!


Congratulations to Lillie Broughton on earning an Award of Excellence while participating in the Congress of Future Medical Leaders.

South Shelby will be honoring our seniors this Friday Night, October 17th. The lineup will begin at 6:25, with introductions starting at 6:35. Activities include Football, Cheer, Band, Cross Country, Girls' Golf, and Trap Shoot. Please come out early to help honor our seniors.
