Elementary students have been learning about ways to keep the earth clean. Kindergarten students recently collected trash from around the campus and used it to make posters to remind others to throw away their trash.

As part of Earth Week in art, second grade students repurposed old materials to make something new. The students' creativity was on display as they turned trash into new "treasures". They created decorations, pieces of art, games, and some practical items out of old containers, scrap paper, and discarded craft supplies.
