Elementary students are traveling around campus and into our community to take part in service projects for Leadership Day. Third grade helped the transportation department with the buses.

The SSMS Scholar Bowl team competed at the Middle School National Tournament in Chicago, which consisted of 160 of the best teams in the United States. Great job, guys!

The South Shelby Archery teams would like to give a HUGE thank you to the Shelby County R-IV school board members, building principals Curt Bowen and Tim Maddex, and archery coaches Lisa Stevenson, Melissa Ratliff, and Matt Gill for all they do to help these students be successful. Because of your time and support, these students had a great trip to the National Archery tournament!
The middle school archery team finished 46 out of 240 teams, and the high school team finished 160 out of 253 schools!
